PROGRAMS
Small Group Training
Improve your strength, mobility, and balance so that you can continue to do all the things you love in life for a long, long time. This small group strength training experience includes progressive, personalized programming and feedback. You will learn foundational movement patterns and then build on those movements with more challenging variations and heavier weights. You will meet with the same small group twice a week. Each group is capped at nine people.​

Where: The F.I.T. Lab
​
When: Choose from seven small group times -
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am, or 12:00 pm.
Mondays and Fridays at 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm or 4:30 pm.

Cost: $175 per month
Gentle Strength for Life
This evidence-based program can help you preserve bone density, reduce your risk of falls, and build confidence and stability in and out of the gym. Extra-small group sessions (2-4 people) provide more one-on-one support for individuals with mobility limitations looking to maintain or restore an independent and active lifestyle.

Before you join a semi-private group, we will have at least two one-on-one sessions to assess your needs and make sure this will be a good fit. Contact me to schedule a free initial consultation.
